Assistance with Graduation Filing

The Fall 2021 graduation filing period is now open.

The deadline to file intents for Fall 2021 graduation is October 15, 2021.

If you intend to graduate with an AA-T/AS-T Degree, counselor review is required before you can submit your Intent to Graduate. Instructions on how to file your Intent to Graduate Form will be emailed to you after your Grad Check is complete:

If you intend to graduate with an AA/AS Degree or to Petition for a Certificate, counselor review is not required:

Visit the Admissions and Records Page to File for Graduation for AA/AS or Petition for a Certificate

Forms will only be available online during the filing period. Intent to Graduate and Petition for a Certificate must be submitted online by the posted deadline. Late requests will not be considered.
