The mission of the El Camino College Foundation is to develop community relationships and raise funds to support students' success in education and life.

 

El Camino College Foundation's vision is to provide educational opportunities and success for every student.

 

 

Established in 1983, the El Camino College Foundation was set up as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, to support higher education, arts and athletics. Coincidentally, the state began charging for community college in 1984. As student demographics changed and state funding decreased, the Foundation’s focus shifted to support student scholarships, academic programs and STEM education.
