As part of the Discovery World Travel Adventure Series, you will meet adventurous filmmakers as they present their films that capture the beauty and majesty of many remote and exotic locations.  You will feel the rhythm of distant lands; acquire a taste for exotic dishes; see and explore worlds of wonder right here at home!  

The Discovery World Travel Adventure Series is armchair adventuring at its best, captured by these renowned world travelers and cinematographers. Enjoy professional, full-color films with live commentary by the filmmakers. These films can be informative and educational for young people as well as adults. Join us this season for our travel and adventure films! If you have not experienced a Discovery Travel Film with us, you are in for a treat. Each film, or documentary, is personally narrated by the filmmaker. You will hear stories first-hand about the journey in capturing the film and in experiencing the terrain. Each film lasts approximately two hours and includes a 15-minute intermission. Your intermission includes light refreshments and the opportunity to talk with other film-goers.
